Non-broken or non- defective items: 

    1. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise to receive a Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).  All returns must have this number placed on the package.

   2.  All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.

   3.  Refunds will be issued within 1-2 days after merchandise is received (minus shipping charges).  Please note that some products will have a 15% restocking fee accrued.

   4.  If you happen to receive a product other than what was ordered, please contact us by e-mail and return the product within the original packaging and contents (products, manuals, instructions etc...). 

   5.  We want to make this process as smooth as possible for you.  Thank you!

Receipt of damaged or defective products:

   1.  Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise for instructions.

   2.  Save all original packaging material.

   3.  Carrier may require an on site inspection before product is returned.

Cancellation of order:

 Preferable within 24 hours of the order (or) before the order is shipped.  If the order has already been shipped than:

•    Either refuse the order (or)
•    Return the order in the same shipping container.
•    Contact us and we'll provide you with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and than place it on your container.
•    Once the product is returned, your account will be credited.
